Field organizing,with perfect recall
Upload the volunteer sheet you already keep. Implica puts your people and your county numbers on one live map, so you can see where you're covered and where nobody is.

Your spreadsheet, your counties, and your numbers on one live map
We build your district
Give us your district. We build the map, the county briefs, and the numbers behind them: registration, results back to 2016, and the local media that moves them. You skip the tedious part.
You upload your volunteer sheet
Drop in the CSV or spreadsheet you already keep. We read the columns, place each person in a county, and show you the rows we could not place and the people listed twice.
You see where you stand, then you ask
Every county carries its volunteer count next to its numbers, and the counties at zero are marked. When it is time to put people to work, you pick the list, write the ask, and send it from your own address, with a record of who was asked and when. It all stays when people move on.
See where your volunteers are, and where nobody is
Every campaign already has the list. Upload it and every county carries its own count, right next to the numbers that say whether it's anywhere near enough.

Two counties in this district have nobody in them. A spreadsheet will not tell you that. One look at the map does.
Bring the sheet you already keep
A CSV or an XLSX, exported from VAN or Mobilize or typed by hand since March. Upload it as it is. There is no template to fill in first.
See what is actually in it
We show you the columns we read, the rows we could not place in a county, and the people who appear twice, before any of it lands on the map.
Keep it current all cycle
Fix a county, merge a duplicate, or upload a fresher list when it grows. The counts on the map move with it, and they stay after the staffer who built it leaves.
Every question a field director asks, answered in one place
Rural field programs run on tribal knowledge, and it walks out the door every cycle. Implica keeps it in one place: your volunteers, your counties, and the numbers under both, readable on the go.

“Where are we weak?”
Every county is tinted by margin and movement since the last cycle, with arrows marking openings worth chasing, and your volunteer count sitting right on top of it. Bigger arrow, bigger opening.

“What do I need to know?”
Click any county and its brief slides in: the numbers, the key towns, and the context the last staffer used to carry in their head. New organizers stop starting from zero in a county they've never seen.
“What does this county care about?”
Every brief carries the top issues, demographics, and where people actually get their news, so your team understands what matters in the county they're standing in, from day one instead of month three.
“What’s happening this week?”
Every county carries its live events feed: canvasses, phone banks, and trainings pulled straight from Mobilize, with one-tap RSVP links.
Contact volunteers
Reach your volunteers through Implica: pick a list, write the ask once, and it goes out through your own email client, under your own name. The ledger keeps who was asked, when, and who confirmed it, so nobody gets asked twice. People with no email land on a printable call list.
“Is that the same volunteer?”
A master sheet, a signup form, and a sign-in clipboard describe the same people a little differently. You get the lookalikes one pair at a time, strongest evidence first, with the answer pre-filled. Merging is one click, and so is undo: nothing is ever deleted.
Your volunteers,
on one map
Civic participation shouldn't require insider infrastructure. We're opening to more rural districts through the cycle. Leave your email and we'll keep you posted as the map grows.
